Fertility Green Drink

Ingredients
  

  • 8-10 oz Water filtered
  • 4-5 Ice Cubes made from filtered water
  • 1 Lemon organic
  • 1/2 Granny Smith Apple organic
  • 1/2 Cucumber organic
  • 1 stalk Celery organic
  • 5 leaves Kale organic
  • 1 inch Ginger, fresh, peeled organic
  • 1 handful Parsley Leaves, fresh organic
  • 1 tbsp Flax Seeds, whole organic
  • 1 tbsp Chia Seeds organic
  • 1 tbsp Coconut Oil organic
  • 2 scoops Collagen Peptides by Vital Proteins
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Lecithin by NOW Foods
  • 2 capsules Vitamin E with mixed tocopherols by Pure Encapsulations
  • 1 tbsp High DHA Finest Pure Fish Oil by Pharmax
  • 1/4 tsp Ther-Biotic Complete Powder by Klaire Labs

Equipment

  • High-Speed Blender (Vitamix, Ninja, etc.)

Method
 

  1. Add water and ice cubes to blender
  2. Wash, scrub, and cut the lemon, apple, cucumber, celery into pieces and add to the blender. Leave rind and peels on.
  3. Wash and tear kale and add to the blender.
  4. Peel ginger, add to blender.
  5. Add the rest of the ingredients to the blender.
  6. Blend until smooth. This will differ depending on the strength of your blender. I usually blend for 1 minute in my Vitamix.
  7. Drink 1/2 in the morning. Store the other 1/2 in the refrigerator in a glass jar with a lid. Fill the jar as full as possible to reduce the amount of air that can come in contact with the drink. This will reduce oxidation. Drink the other 1/2 in the evening. Drink daily.
